  I booked with FrankTheTank before we arrived based on reviews. Harold the driver was on time. Stopped and picked up 2 other tourist and off to The Congo... read more Trail. We had never ziplined before and can I say it was TOTALLY AMAZING AND EXHILARATING. The guides were so patient and friendly.
Then we went into town. I just assumed Harold would wait for us. He took us to an tour guide office and we were told transportation would be provided back to Secrets. He advised us although we were safe, not to flash $. There we enjoyed the locals, chicken on a stick, vendors and the beach. And in no time we were back to Secrets.
On our next visit, we will definitely book with Frank. And as much as I bothered him, he was so friendly and assured me everything would be fine and he was totally RIGHT....

  This is an amazing, fun packed, all day adventure! The zip lining was fun, always is, and the white water tubing was a thrilling blast! We should have skipped the horseback riding and stayed at the base camp and had sodas or something. Being in our 60's, the horseback riding was uncomfortable, although the guides do everything they can to make the entire experience a good one. This is a full day and included a 1+ hour van ride each way, but they do make plenty of bathroom stops. Departure time was around 7:30a.m. with a return time of around 5:30p.m. It also includes a nice lunch at a local restaurant around 2p.m. and a final stop at the mud baths and thermal pools.
