From the beautiful waterfall to the rainforest hike, from the delicious lunch to the botanical gardens, everything was fantastic and we were so well looked after. In a small party, Harold made sure everyone enjoyed themselves and was full of fascinating information. He would stop the minibus to point out things - we watched toucans in a tree at the roadside, and he showed us interesting plants. We saw sloths, armadillos, a baby porcupine, frogs, birds, monkeys and more. It rained a little so take waterproofs/rain ponchos, and shoes with a good grip. At lunch, tiny hummingbirds fluttered around us! I would not hesitate to use this company; the level of service is second to none and attention to detail amazing. He was taking care of everything and if we had a question we just called him. If I will ever come back to Costa Rica I will visit him and drink some beers with him. Our experience with his services were over the top. Also he helped us get a slot in the local hospital to take a Covid19 test. But he not just sent us to the next hospital which would cost 95'000 colones. He called the liberia hospital, asked about the price, the method and an appointment for us. At the end we paied 40'000 colones for the test and he went to the hospital with us to take care we will be in good hands. Just a good and trustwothy person.

Eddie, as a tour guide, was proud and knowledgeable of his country- his sharing was way more than I expected. Our driver's sharp eyes helped us see the animals as rode along the beautiful countryside. Informative, fun and we felt like we were given a window into understanding the allure of Costa Rica.Well worth the monies spent!!! The only downfall was understading "hiking" versus "walking" in the Rain Forest.... I didn't understand my own limitations. However, the patience and support I received from the entire group was touching. Eddie and Cesar watched out for my limitations.
