We Facebook messaged and Whatsapped him for info, he always responded promptly and was really kind to us when we changed one of our tours last minute. Made everything smooth and organised, always let us know of the time and place of pick up the night before.
The tour itself was incredible and that was mainly down to being in the expert hands of Eddie Rojas the Tour Guide and Cidar Alvarez the driver. Never known people to go out of their way more to ensure you have a brilliant day. So informative about Costa Rican lifestyle and so much fun. They share everything with you and make sure you've done and seen everything you wanted. What more could you want from a tour!   If you’re traveling to the Guanacaste region in Costa Rica this tour group is a MUST. Ernesto was our driver, guide, photographer, and friend all day long. He had us... read more laughing the whole day and we enjoyed every minute of it. He went out of the way to share historical facts of the land and point out the local wildlife. It was much appreciated.

The day started with Ernesto picking us up, taking us to stop for beer for the 1.5 hour journey there from our resort, incredible tubing on rapids, thrilling zip lining and rock climbing, a delicious Costa Rican buffet in what feels like a tree house, horseback riding with gorgeous views of the volcano, and ended with a relaxing soak in hot springs and a private drive back to the resort.

I cannot say enough good things about Ernesto and this tour company. I’ll definitely use their services again next time I’m in Costa Rica. Pura vida!

The tubing and zip lining were fun and well balanced, not too extreme that mg wife wouldn’t enjoy and not too relaxed that I’d be bored. He was so friendly and very thorough. We enjoyed Daniel and Cesar as our guides for both tours. These two were so knowledgeable, funny, kind, and personable, it really made the tour special. True Pura Vida! The cultural experiences learning about the history, the agriculture, and seeing up close and personal how coffee and pottery is done was awesome! Cesar had eyes like a hawk, and thanks to him we saw many howler monkeys, some sloths, toucans, bats, and crocodiles. We had authentic Costa Rican meals on both excursions that was delicious. They were also taking photos on the tour for us, looking forward to seeing those!
