Eddie was a pour tour guide and he was very knowledgeable. He took us to place where we could jump off a small cliff. We went Miravalles volcano which was really beautiful. The horse back riding was quite an adventure. We got to see sloths and toucans. We went to the mud pits and hot springs which was just awesome. My only issue was we went from location to location and Eddie kept finding friends at each location who would show us something different at each location. He would then ask us to tip these folks for them helping, We paid for the tour with Eddie not his friends.

Our tour guide, Eddie, made our multiple excursions so wonderful because he not only showed us the sights, but also shared "memories" about his culture and growing up. This is what made the tours better than most. It was Eddie's personal connection with our family. We will never forget our time in Costa Rica, and we highly recommend Eddie as your guide--you will not be disappointed! We did the Miravalles tour, the Palo Verde River Safari, the Beach Tour, and the Tropical Rainforest Heliconias.   This is a great spot to stop at for a half hour or more. You can swim in the refreshing water which can get quite deep! Pristine nature
