Brian, Kevin and Fabian were wonderful to deal with on the boat. From Brian picking us up on the beach of our resort and Fabian and Kevin greeting us on the boat and making sure we had anything we needed. After swimming the crew made sure we were well fed with fresh fruit and taquitos! I highly recommend taking this trip for a fun and relaxing day! Our second trip was the rain forest tour where we visited a beautiful waterfall, hiked through the rainforest and then visited a wildlife preserve. Harold and Sidar were amazing guides. I can't say enough about their knowledge and enthusiasm for their jobs. Harold was a wealth of information on anything we asked him. He and Sidar were great at finding and pointing out different wildlife and stopping anytime we could to get a better look. Even when we weren't stopping for animals they somehow found them. We stopped for a quick snack before our hike and Sidar found a sloth only 5 feet away... Harold did a wonderful job at making everyone feel involved and comfortable on our trip. He had a wonderful lunch prepared for us at a local cafe where we ate probably the best meal of our trip! Fresh fish and steak with rice and beans plantains and more. It was incedible!

I can't recommend them more! If you have the chance ask for Harold and Sidar as your guides, you will not be disappointed! More

  Jose the tour guy in the lobby of the hotel Breeze was extremely helpful in selecting the right tours for our family. We went fishing one day, waterfalls, Horseback riding,... read more zip lining, volcano mud and thermal waters, another day safari boat ride where we saw crocodiles and monkeys. All the tours were hired through him. A great vacation full of adventures for the family. For our family, having great, safe and memorable tours is important and Jose and his company made this happen. Our concierge at the Breeze hotel Cecilia Montero is beyond helpful. She made our stay for this week amazing. Weeks before arriving she made sure that all the details were taken care of for our safe arrival. Then she helped us on several requirements throughout our trip that really were not part of her job description like covid test coordination and when the clinic would not answer she found a way to get the results in time. We also needed a computer for my kids and distance learning and she lent me her sons computer for a week. Amazing customer service like we have never experienced in so many years of travel.
