  What a great experience overall. Frank the Tank booked it for us and he was so so so helpful right from the start when I was researching what to do... read more in the Guanacaste area. The challenge was seeing the country and all the sights with a 3 and 5 year old in tow. I wanted all the sights but minimal walking and Frank arranged it all. He basically took two group tours and merged them and tailored them to our needs. He was excellent with answering questions right away and extremely customer friendly. Getting to the tour... we HIGHLY recommend our tour guide Eddie Rojas. He was amazing. So so great with our children that really improved the results of the trip and made it so bearable for the kids to endure the long day with us. We are shocked they lasted 12 hours including all the travel having fun with Eddie the whole time. When the kids didn’t want to go to the mud bath for example, Eddie would entertain him for us. Outstanding customer service!!

He taught us all about the Guanacaste tree, mango and manga trees. Cashew fruit tree and so on. Not just a tour if point a to b to c. He explained things and pointed out facts all throughout the trip. He also made sure to take tons of pictures for us. We are so grateful that we got lucky to have Eddie as our guide.

Private was a dream with kids especially. I highly recommend the whole tour and Eddie Rojas to be your guide!!!!

Ernesto took us to the rainforest, hanging bridges, jungle sloths sanctuary which we saw all the beautiful sloths, and cara blanca monkeys, and other animals that were great to see from Costa Rica. Ernesto took us to a great restaurant place and other local food spots where they had amazing food to eat. It's worth buying their trip packages from Unique.

Coffee tasting was a total waste of time.

He had us... read more laughing the whole day and we enjoyed every minute of it. He went out of the way to share historical facts of the land and point out the local wildlife. It was much appreciated.

The day started with Ernesto picking us up, taking us to stop for beer for the 1.5 hour journey there from our resort, incredible tubing on rapids, thrilling zip lining and rock climbing, a delicious Costa Rican buffet in what feels like a tree house, horseback riding with gorgeous views of the volcano, and ended with a relaxing soak in hot springs and a private drive back to the resort.

I cannot say enough good things about Ernesto and this tour company. I’ll definitely use their services again next time I’m in Costa Rica. Pura vida!
