  90% of the time was spent inside the van travelling from one place to another. It took well over 2.5 hours to arrive at the first destination after picking... read more up everyone from various hotels, then stopping at a souvenir shop before transferring to a different van.
We didn't see any wildlife whatsoever on the hike, not even a bird or insect.
What was most shocking to me was when we visited the sloth sanctuary. This was like a large garden run by a group of men that didn't see particularly interested in the safety or welfare of the animals they were looking after. The other members of my group were desperate to get a picture with a sloth for their social media profiles. Our guide (Eddy) was happy for the sloth to be grabbed from a tree and passed around whilst people held it's arms wide open and had their picture taken. One member of the group was clawed on the arm by the sloth and then dropped it on it's head!
The guide had a nerve to be lecturing us one minute about how we should be respecting nature and the next treating the animals in such an awful way.
It was way overpriced ($150). Avoid at all costs.
