  We went on the adrenaline tour as a family of four, including two teenagers. This tour included horseback riding, River tubing, zip line, and hot springs. Ernesto was... read more our guide and he was outstanding. He helped out with everything, including taking pictures of us on the horses, carrying the river tube for my youngest daughter, and taking pictures of us in the zip line. Ask for Ernesto when you go. Here are some tips: Bring bug spray and apply before you start your tour. I recommend that you do the horseback riding in the morning before it rains. It would be uncomfortable to be riding a horse in the pouring rain. I would highly recommend water shoes for the river tubing. You WILL bounce of rocks in the river so it will help with protection. I would recommend bringing an extra set of clothes. Wear dry clothes horseback riding, and change into swimwear for the river tubing and hot springs. The tour includes a buffet lunch so no need to bring anything to eat unless you want a snack. Bring extra tip money for the zip line personnel and the river personnel. Harold went out of his way to see that we had the full experience and saw as much of Costa Rica that our time allowed. Harold was such an enjoyable tour guide, he kept us smiling and laughing at all times. We enjoyed Harold so much that we requested him for another tour later that week (Which Frank allowed and made it happen!). Each of the other tour guides were great and also went out of their way to see that we had a great time. This group truly makes you feel welcome!!
