I'm glad I did as the horse one of my friends was on went rogue and started running towards a fence. He had to switch with one of the guides and even the guide had trouble with him. Tubing was the best part. Ziplining felt sketchy as hell. Too many people, halfway through the course there was so much human traffic. The platforms were full of people. At one point you have to tarzan swing across to another platform, not optional. The guides were pushing people back and forth before catching them on the next platform. I saw a man in front of me get pushed when the guide opposite wasn't looking and he almost kicked the guide in the head. THEN he swung back and a cord flew up AROUND HIS NECK. He was able to fling it off but if he hadn't we all would have seen him get decapitated. I screamed at the guides to not push me and while they complied they continued to do it to others after. The springs were fine. We liked our guide until we didn't. Harold ended up on a racist rant about "all the Chinese people immigrating to Costa Rica." He referred to them as "mosquitos" because "there are so many of them". Then did the racist eye gesture. UNACCEPTABLE. We had an Asian woman in our friend group and I began to worry for her safety. Thankfully, by this point we were minutes away from our Airbnb and couldn't wait to say goodbye to him …

They gave incredible information along the trip, surprised us with delicious pineapple and had cold water available all day. They both gave gracious and personalized care to each guest. They were patient, engaging , FUN and sincere. We would give them the highest rating possible and then some. The bus was clean and air conditioned. The stops were spaced just right. From the water fall, restroom stop, rain forest hike, the butterfly pavilion, a delicious authentic lunch, and sloths! It was an excellent day and the highlight was getting to see sloths up close!!
